World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) is the largest professional wrestling organization in the world and is based out of Stamford, Connecticut, in the United States of America. The company’s origins date back to 1963 as the World Wide Wrestling Federation (WWWF). The company would operate under this name until 1979, where they would rebrand as the World Wrestling Federation (WWF). Their final name change occurred on May 6, 2002, after the company lost a lawsuit started by the World Wildlife Fund over the WWF trademark. WWF was changed to WWE, which remains their name to this day. These images were taken from wwe.com
The following images are of four current WWE wrestlers/superstars. Starting on the top left and ending on the bottom right, their names are; Cody Rhodes, Seth Rollins, Rhea Ripley, and Iyo Sky. All four athletes are currently some of the most popular wrestlers in the company and some of my personal favorites as well. Cody Rhodes is from Atlanta, Georgia, and first debuted for WWE in 2007 and performed for them until 2016 when he decided to leave due to creative frustrations. He returned in 2022 and has performed for WWE ever since. Seth Rollins is from Davenport, Iowa, and has been performing for WWE since 2010. Rhea Ripley is from Adelaide, South Australia, Australia, and has been performing for WWE since 2017. Iyo Sky is from Tokyo, Japan, and has been performing for WWE since 2017.
